My initial attempt at the MC failed. I came down with the worst flu I have ever had in my life. I was turned off completely to the cleanse (even though it had nothing to do with my illness) I think for a short while a part of me associated the horrific hell I experiencedm with the cleanse ....but I am better now.

I initially thought that I was experiencing what I have learned is called a "Healing Crisis" http://www.falconblanco.com/health/crisis.htm but after the symptoms continually getting worse, and staying for days, I realized it was the flu!! This could be tricky to determine for a determined first time cleanser. So use your best judgement people.

I broke the cleanse, and was sick for about 7 days....I will do my second attempt today, and start a fresh blog.
